American Home Technology is the only professional installation firm registered in northern Michigan with CEDIA certified personnel on staff. Since our state does not require licensing for low voltage work, this is your only guarantee of hiring a competent electronics designer/installer.

AHT heavily emphasizes the importance of engineering, planning, and documenting our electronics installations. Although proper design requires more effort, "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

The equipment we specify has been hand-picked based on two primary criteria. First, we select products that are of the highest quality, performing at the top of their category while still fitting into the budget constraints of your project. Secondly, we only choose products that utilize a discrete control protocol. After all, the quality of the picture and sound doesn't matter if you can't easily operate it.

We stage and test all electronics in our labs before they are delivered or installed in your home, reducing on-site troubleshooting and providing a more reliable system with less hassle for you.
